Refund policy
At Bassface, we strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Please read our return and replacement terms carefully before making a request.
1. Return Window
- Customers can request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
2. Replacement Policy
You can request a replacement in the following cases:
- Size Issue — if the product does not fit.
- Damaged Product — if your item arrives damaged, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage.
Note: Without an unboxing video, damage-related replacement requests will not be approved.
3. Returns for Personal Preference
If you don’t like the product or change your mind, a return handling fee of ₹199–₹349 (whichever is higher) will be deducted from your refund.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll share return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance/sale items
- Products without original tags or packaging
