Refund policy

At Bassface, we strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Please read our return and replacement terms carefully before making a request.


1. Return Window

  • Customers can request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging.

2. Replacement Policy

You can request a replacement in the following cases:

  • Size Issue — if the product does not fit.
  • Damaged Product — if your item arrives damaged, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage.

Note: Without an unboxing video, damage-related replacement requests will not be approved.

3. Returns for Personal Preference

If you don’t like the product or change your mind, a return handling fee of ₹199–₹349 (whichever is higher) will be deducted from your refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll share return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance/sale items
  • Products without original tags or packaging
