1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

2. Order Shipping

Shipping timelines vary depending on your delivery location. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai): 3-4 business days
Other Southern Region: 5-7 business days
North East & Jammu & Kashmir: 7-15 business days
Islands (Andaman & Nicobar): 15-25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Business Hours

Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed outside business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
